No. Everything offered through The Flying Monkey MD—including coaching, courses and community support—is for educational and personal development purposes only. It is not therapy, psychiatric care or medical advice. Dr. Z is a board-certified physician but is not operating in a clinical capacity.
-
No. Dr. Z specializes in covert narcissistic abuse, which is subtle, manipulative and often invisible to others. This is the specific lens used across all programs and content.
-
If something felt off, left you doubting yourself or made you lose your sense of self, your experience matters. You do not need a label to begin healing. I encourage you to check out @theflyingmonkeymd on Tiktok or Instagram first to help confirm or negate your experience. The TFM Transformation Course or TFM Journal Experience is more appropriate for this scenario.

Dr. Z was raised Catholic but her work isn’t tied to church tradition or religious dogma. It’s rooted in a deep belief in God, the angelic realm and the true teachings of Jesus—love, forgiveness and inclusivity that transcends race, gender or socioeconomic status. She rejects the fear, shame and division often promoted by ultra conservative religious organizations. This space isn’t about rules—it’s about truth. Her healing work honors divine truth, energetic alignment and soul-level transformation. You don’t need to follow a religion to feel at home here—just be open to building a deeper relationship with God.

If you’re tired of repeating patterns, feel spiritually and emotionally drained and are craving more than just surviving. You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to be ready to honor your truth and take your power back.

No. This work is not about fixing, confronting or educating the covert narcissist. It’s about freeing yourself from the trauma bond, reclaiming your identity and rising into a life where you no longer feel the need to explain your worth. If your focus is still on them, you may not be ready for this level of work yet.
-
Therapy often helps you understand what happened. This work helps you alchemize it. It’s not about intellectual insight alone—it’s about energetic release, spiritual clarity and actionable steps to break the cycle. If you’re ready to go beyond awareness into full transformation, this is your space.
-
Yes. Leaving is only the first step. The deeper work begins in the aftermath—unpacking the programming, healing the nervous system, restoring your faith in yourself and learning how to thrive. This work is for survivors who want true, lasting freedom—not just distance.
-
Yes. The TFM Transformation Course is available as a standalone experience. It’s self-paced and packed with tools, but it does not include group or private coaching. You can start there and add support later if you’re called to go deeper.
-
Yes. That’s exactly why the monthly plan is offered—so you have the flexibility to adjust as you go. If you decide you prefer to continue with group support only, you can transition into the Phoenix Rising Collective at any time at the end of the month.
